 Petrolatum corrosion-resistant pastes take mineral as raw material, adding compound anti-rust agent, corrosion inhibitor, thickening agent, lubricant and filler to produce the paste anti-corrosion materials. It can well adhere on the surface of the steel structure that need to be protected. Petrolatum corrosion-resistant pastes contain a variety of anti-rust agent and rust conversion agent, which has excellent anti-corrosion performance in damp environment. Rust conversion agent can react with rust to form complexes in the steel surface It can convert about 80 microns thick rust layer into stable compounds, playing a dual role in removing and converting rust, reducing the requirement of surface treatment before application, saving resources and reducing the cost.
